We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our Harcourts Sumner team. Harcourts Sumner is part of the multi-award-winning Grenadier Real Estate Group with over 270 people employed within various specialist divisions and offices. This role will involve working 9am - 4pm Monday to Friday.
We are looking for an intelligent, self-motivated individual who enjoys working hard and has excellent time management skills. You need to be able to juggle multiple tasks for our team and work well under pressure ensuring the smooth running of the office.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Entering & updating Listings on our internal CRM
Preparing & processing sales contracts
Preparation of marketing collateral
Administration tasks as requested by the Sales Consultants
Support to other administration staff
While full support and training in our systems will be provided, you will need to be able to demonstrate experience in a similar administration role and high level of initiative.
The successful applicant will also possess:
Excellent professional presentation

Confidence and ability with technology including Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent written and spoken English
