    We are looking for a dedicated and professional individual to join us as Personal Assistant to the Donnelly Property Team at Bayleys Wanaka.

    Duties and responsibilities will include:
    • Overview and manage the operational needs and efficiencies of the day-to-day running of the team
    • Diary management, appointments and meeting preparation
    • Assist in areas of general administration and provide support at all stages of the listing process
    • Overseeing the full administrative systems
    • Proofing/approving of all documentation
    • Licensee-related enquiries
    • Additional projects that benefit the overall direction and purpose of the team
    • Handling of business sensitive and confidential information discretely and professionally
    Applicants should have prior experience in an administration or PA role, with experience in the real estate industry being advantageous though not mandatory. All applicants must also hold a valid full NZ driver's licence.

    The successful candidate will prioritise maintaining the professional and high-quality appearance of all Bayleys material accessible to the public. They will also thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure real estate office environment and handle challenges with a positive attitude. Additionally, they should demonstrate maturity, possess strong tech skills, creativity, and have experience working in confidential settings.

    The applicant should also have excellent attention to detail, with proofreading skills in order to maintain a high level of accuracy with all marketing and written material/advertising, particularly with spelling, grammar and punctuation, and photo selection.
