    Ray White Eastern Group is looking for a motivated Personal Assistant to join a successful salesperson in a part-time role at our Howick office.

    In this role you will be working 20 hours a week spread across 5 days, and you will be responsible for ensuring our Salesperson is kept up to speed by providing ongoing sales, administration and business support. Ideally you will have at least 2 years' administration experience, as you will need to think on your feet and have the initiative to prepare documentation in advance.

    Tasks include but are not limited to:
    • Data entry and file maintenance
    • Provide administrative support as required
    • Client and customer care management via telephone and email
    • Using Canva to design posters and promotional material
    • Listing and marketing campaigns and after-sales program
    • Social media management experience is a must
    • Management of multiple property campaigns
    You will be working within a fast-paced and sometimes pressured environment, so your efficiency, accuracy, and attention to detail along with your ability to multitask will be valued in this role. There will certainly be ample variety in your role to challenge you each day.

    Other essential skills and attributes include:
    • The ability to manage multiple schedules and work on multiple projects simultaneously
    • Friendly and customer focused with strong communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Competent computer skills, including experience with Canva
    • Excellent organisational skills, both analytical and problem-solving, and the ability to work with confidential documents
    • Ability to prioritise and achieve deadlines under pressure
    • Experience in real estate, marketing, and customer service is beneficial
