    We are currently looking for a hardworking and motivated individual to join our team in Paremata as an Office Administrator.

    The tasks involved in this role include providing support to the sales team members, preparing agreements, producing marketing components of the business, running a small office, and other duties as needed.

    Our ideal applicant will have prior experience in an administrative role, with experience in the real estate industry being advantageous but not essential. They should possess excellent time management skills, be flexible, and demonstrate strong teamwork abilities with a keen attention to detail.

    Additional beneficial attributes:
    • Photoshop or photo editing skills - experience with InDesign would be an advantage 
    • Able to confidently communicate at all levels
    • Capability to work independently, and prioritise their workload to meet deadlines
    • Competently use Adobe software (pdf writer, image manipulation), Internet and Intranet systems, and a relational database
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to correct and/or improve copy
