  • This is your opportunity to join Goodwins, an experienced and established real estate business, operating Auckland Wide for more than 30 years.

    We are seeking an experienced Administrator with a background in customer service and an excellent client focus.

    Additionally, the ideal applicant will have:
    • High level of verbal and written communication.

    Key skills and attributes include:
    • Opening and Closing office (doors, alarms)
    • Phones - answering / transferring of calls.
    • Monitoring and responding appropriately to emails
    • Welcoming clients, offering water etc seating and notifying appropriate team member of their arrival.
    • Walk-ins - assist with any queries / tenants, owners, contractors, potential clients.
    • Key Management - signing out and checking in of keys.
    • Post/mail/couriers - checking both post boxes - and scanning and distributing mail appropriately.
    • General tidying of office.
    • Bathrooms check (refilling toilet paper, toilet paper etc if needed).
    • Maintaining Kitchen area/dishwasher on each night.
    • Stock forms & Packs - New management packs and tenant folders.
    • Maintaining stationery stock levels.
    • Photocopier - refill paper when needed.
    • Empty shredder.
    • Entering New Managements
    • Assisting the Business Development Team with administrative tasks
    • Assisting the Sales team with administrative tasks.

    This is a full time position working Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:30pm.
