  • Join Harcourts Grenadier as our new Roaming Office Administrator, where you'll provide vital admin support across our 12 busy offices in Christchurch.

    What We're Looking For:

    We seek an initiative-driven individual who excels in organisation, communication, and multitasking. You should have a calm, methodical approach to handling various responsibilities, including supporting our sales consultants and our administration and operations team. This is a unique and exciting role, that would suit an admin whiz looking for their next challenge.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Update and maintain data in our internal CRM system, Vault
    • Efficiently process sales contracts
    • Manage invoicing and oversee vendor marketing funds
    • Facilitate the onboarding process for new staff
    • Create flyers and brochures
    • Execute monthly email marketing campaigns via MailChimp
    • Handle general day-to-day administrative duties
    What You Bring to the Table:
    • Proven experience in a similar administrative role
    • Ability to thrive in a busy office environment
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; InDesign experience is a plus
    • Excellent written and spoken English
    • Adaptability and ability to quickly learn new system
    • Strong team player with a collaborative spirit
    • Always looking to assist others and streamline processes as necessary
    • Professional presentation
