While previous Property Management experience is beneficial, it is not essential as we are happy to train and develop your skills.

    In this role, you will assist our property management team to execute the day-to-day management of a rental portfolio, as well as providing first class service to all our clients. Duties include, but are not limited to:
    • Completing rental property appraisals.
    • Order professional photography, liaise with supplier.
    • Marketing and Advertising of properties for rent.
    • Create off-market links, to support tenant matching where required.
    • Set up viewings, enter prospect tenant details where applicable.
    • Complete tenant vetting, make recommendation of preferred Tenant, draft Tenancy Agreements.
    • Compile and complete Welcome Packs.
    • Process bond refunds / international bond refunds.
    • Tending to inbox and assisting with other email correspondence where applicable.
    • Key management and cutting of new keys.
    • Provide assistance where required during the Letting process, host viewings, liaise with prospective tenants and landlord clients where requested.
    • Assist with the tenant induction process, where required.
    • Assist with maintenance: obtain quotes for repairs to be completed, enter repairs and maintenance, liaise with Tradespeople, and meet on-site if required.
    • Assist with the completion of routine, ingoing and outgoing inspections, and compile chattels lists.
