An opportunity has become available to join the Property Management team at our award-winning (three years in a row) Pukekohe branch.
You will be joining the award winning and busy branch that enjoys a mix of properties both rural and suburban on their books providing lots of variety to your day, and an immediate start is available.
Our ideal candidate will either have a background in Property Management, who can hit the ground running or you may be looking for a new challenge where no day is the same.
Our ideal candidate will also:- Have a strong, reliable work ethic
- Be a self-starter and goal driven
- Have a high degree of accuracy with figures
- Have energy, enthusiasm and an awesome attitude to client service
- Strong administrative skills
- Excellent computer skills
- High level of written and verbal communication skills
- Have great time management and strong organisation skills
- Resilience
Ideally you will live locally or within a reasonable distance to the area.
