Due to the retirement of a long-established Branch Manager, an opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic leader to take on the exciting role and lead our Half Moon Bay and Pakuranga offices.
This position is responsible for leading, supporting and driving our team towards further success, including but not limited to:- Managing/supervising the overall branch performance
- Sales team engagement and culture
- Meeting REAA requirements in supervision and sales excellence
- Facilitating the smooth running of the branch
Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the industry, along with the drive and passion required to build on our success. Ideally you will hold a Branch Managers Certificate (or be working towards one).
