    What's the role?

    As part of our Howick head office crew, you'll work closely with a select group of salespeople who rely on you to keep their business running smoothly. Think of yourself as their right-hand person: keeping campaigns on track, creating scroll-stopping marketing, and making sure every client feels looked after.

    This role is dynamic, fast-paced, and super varied - you'll never be stuck doing the same thing day in, day out. Plus, you'll have the backing of a fun, close-knit team who knows how to get things done (and have a laugh along the way).

    We also have opportunities for dedicated full- and part-time PA roles, working directly with individual agents.

    What you'll be doing:
    • Keeping property campaigns running like clockwork
    • Designing slick marketing material in Canva (your creative flair will shine)
    • Managing social media content that actually gets noticed
    • Client & customer care (emails, phone calls, and making sure everyone gets VIP treatment)
    • Data entry, file maintenance & admin tasks (the important behind-the-scenes stuff)
    • Supporting listings, marketing campaigns & after-sales programs
    Who we're looking for:
    • A natural multitasker who thrives when things are busy
    • Strong communicator (both online & in person)
    • Social media savvy - you know what looks good and what gets engagement
    • Detail-obsessed and organised (you notice the little things others miss)
    • Confident with tech & Canva
    • Experience in real estate / marketing / customer service is a huge plus!
