Ray White - Youngs Rentals in vibrant Onehunga is expanding, and we're searching for a proactive, enthusiastic Property Manager to join our multicultural, supportive team.
About the Role:
You will be managing a diverse portfolio of properties, working closely with a dedicated Director/Property Manager to deliver outstanding service to our clients. Your role will be pivotal in creating positive experiences for owners and tenants alike, ensuring every property is managed with professionalism and care.
What You'll Do:- Manage a portfolio of residential properties with confidence (Approx 80 to 100 properties)
- Conduct tenant screenings, credit checks, and background assessments
- Coordinate property lettings, vet potential tenants, and handle viewings
- Perform regular property inspections and report findings
- Prepare and oversee maintenance work orders, ensuring timely completion
- Create engaging advertising materials with photos and flyers
- Assist with property appraisals and market analyses

- A commitment to delivering high levels of customer satisfaction
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of additional languages is a bonus
- NZ Certificate in Property Management (or willing to obtain - we're happy to support your qualification!)
- Attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and reliability
- Confident computer skills and ability to adapt quickly to new systems
- Warm, personable nature with the ability to foster professional relationships
- Energy, enthusiasm, and a great sense of humour!
- Drive to excel and continually improve
- A full NZ driver's license preferred (Restricted license acceptable if committed to upgrading to a full license within three months of start)

- Standard full-time hours: 9:00 am - 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday
- Rostered Saturday work every 5th week (9:00 am - 12:00 pm) (We are closed over all long weekends)
