We're currently seeking a driven Business Development Manager to join our award-winning team at Harcourts Grenadier Rent Shop. This role will harness your passion for sales and your motivation to drive growth - both for yourself and our organisation.
As a Business Development Manager, you will be at the forefront of expanding our market presence and identifying new opportunities that will contribute to our continued success.

This role will include:
Prospecting for new business outside of Grenadier - talking to developers, investors and those in the property industry
Maintaining and fostering relationships within Grenadier to encourage reciprocal business
Carrying out rental appraisals both at properties and virtually as well as providing rental assessments on property listings
Guiding clients through the initial stages of their investment journey
Giving short presentations at meetings including but not limited to Grenadier sales meetings
To succeed in the role you will also need:
To be driven, self-motivated and goal orientated
Confidence and persistence in building new relationships
Existing knowledge or the drive to learn the ins and outs of Property Management
Dedication, resilience and the desire to achieve
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Strong organisational and time management skills
To be comfortable working autonomously
A high level of personal presentation and professionalism
