  • Our award-winning Harcourts Grenadier Ferrymead office is seeking a Personal Assistant to support one of our top performing agents, Alison Carter. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a sharp eye for detail. The ideal candidate will have a proactive attitude and strong initiative enabling Alison to dedicate more time to clients.

    In this role, you will be responsible for:
    • Preparing listing documentation and creating standout marketing collateral
    • Generating accurate sale and purchase agreements
    • Assisting with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) verification processes
    • Managing databases and ensuring seamless client communication
    • Providing timely and precise administrative support
    • Delivering exceptional customer service that reflects our premium brand
    About You:

    You have prior experience in a PA or administrative role, with a background in the real estate industry being highly advantageous. Your ability to multitask, stay organised, and communicate effectively will be key to your success in this role.

    Requirements:
    • Tech savvy with strong computer skills, including MS Office
    • Experience with marketing and social media
    • Highly organised with excellent communication skills
    • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
    • Show great initiative and also follow direction
    • Customer-focused mindset and problem-solving abilities
