PhotoLife Studios is New Zealand's Leading School Photographers.
We are looking for a reliable, positive person who is keen to become an integral part of our customer service team. This is a FULL-TIME, PERMANENT position with at least 6 weeks off over Christmas / New Year. Hours are 8.00am - 4.30pm.
This position involves interaction with schools and parents and is critical in terms of accuracy, meeting deadlines and providing outstanding customer service.
You must have the following PROVEN skills:
High level of computer literacy and fast accurate touch typing skills
Excellent spoken and written English
Commitment to solving customer queries and providing excellent customer service
Good all round office skills
Mature outlook with an organised approach to your work
Ability to work accurately under pressure
Absolutely essential is your ability to be accurate and take pride in doing your job with a "no mistakes" attitude. You will need to be highly organised, efficient, with excellent attention to detail and a helpful, patient customer service attitude.
Duties will include:
Typing using databases
Liaising and confirming photos with schools
Telephone and Reception work
Finalising school jobs and ensuring they are ready to print
Managing and answering parent queries
Compiling and processing orders
You will enjoy the satisfaction of seeing jobs through to completion and like the stability of working on clearly defined duties. You need to have a proven reliable work experience and the ability to pick up new computer processes quickly and accurately.
