    We're looking for a Service Advisor / Manager Assistant to join our team and work closely with the Branch Manager to ensure smooth daily operations and an outstanding experience for our customers.

    Your Role

    As a Service Advisor, you'll be the friendly face and voice of our service centre.

    Your responsibilities will include:
    • Customer Interaction - Welcoming customers in person and on the phone, ensuring a positive first impression.
    • Job Coordination - Booking service jobs and scheduling the workflow of our technical department.
    • Customer Communication - Keeping customers informed about their vehicle's progress and explaining servicing or repair work clearly and confidently.
    • Supplier Liaison - Working closely with suppliers to procure materials and parts for jobs in a timely manner.
    • Documentation - Accurately completing all required paperwork, estimates, and maintaining organised records.
    • System Monitoring - Managing and maintaining the Dealer Management System (DMS) - Orion/SAM.
    • Efficiency Support - Identifying operational efficiencies and assisting with their implementation.
