  • We are looking for an organised and detail-oriented Office Junior to join our team in Christchurch.

    This role involves supporting day-to-day office operations and assisting with financial tasks. While prior experience is not required, familiarity with Xero is a plus. The ideal candidate need to possess excellent communication and organisational skills and have a proactive approach to problem-solving.

    Responsibilities:
    • Manage and oversee Xero for financial tasks.
    • Handle accounts-related emails and phone calls.
    • Monitor and code bills to the correct projects or jobs.
    • Process monthly bill payments and perform payment reconciliations.
    • Oversee payroll management and ensure timely payment entries.
    • Complete account and company forms and manage credit control.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company finances and projects.
    • Exhibit strong verbal and computer skills for daily communication.
    You will need:
    • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
    • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
    • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
    • Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional attitude.
    • Familiarity with Xero is an advantage but not necessary.
