  • About Us:

    Tracks Concrete, with over 40 years of experience in the Bay of Plenty region, is looking for a dedicated Site Traffic Management Specialist (STMS) to join our team. We offer a supportive work environment and the opportunity to live and work in the beautiful Bay of Plenty.

    Responsibilities:
    • Following Traffic Management Plans (TMP) for Temporary Traffic Management (TTM) on both local and State Highway roading networks within the Eastern Bay of Plenty.
    • Leading toolbox briefings and ensuring CoPTTM/NZGTTM compliance.
    • Managing the safe use of materials, supplies, and equipment.
    • Ensuring compliance with relevant job instructions.
    • Minimum 3 years' experience in traffic management required.
    Requirements:
    • Minimum Class 1 full licence (Class 2 preferable).
    • CAT A / CAT B STMS certification.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to lead and communicate clear expectations to your team.
    • Commitment to safety and quality.
