About the opportunity:
Are you ready to take your career to the next level? We're thrilled to announce the opening of our brand-new dealership on Stadium Drive, Pukekohe, early to mid-next year! Join us as we embark on this exciting journey and be a key player in shaping our service department from the ground up.
The main purpose of this job is to create a customer first experience for every customer that walks in through our doors.
As part of this role, you will be:- Accurately booking service and repair appointments.
- Quotations, costing and invoice completion.
- Liaising between our Workshop Technicians and customers ensuring they are kept well informed of their vehicles progress during service and/or repair.
About you:- Previous experience in an Automotive Dealership environment is an advantage but not essential
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Well organised with the ability to work in a fast paced friendly environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, for invoicing and administration duties
- Excellent time management skills
- Sound computer skills and the willingness to learn new systems and processes
- Ability to work on rostered Saturdays
- A full valid NZ drivers licence
