We are looking for a bright and energetic person to fill this busy customer service role, someone with quality sales and communication skills, excellent administration experience passion and an ability to make it happen. You will need to be fit and used to working on your feet. You must be friendly with high organisational skills, have ability to prioritise, and always strive to deliver superior efficient service. You will be responsible for general customer and sales support and picking of sales orders. Be responsible for the showroom and its presentation, answering incoming phone calls and serving customers and performing general shop sales support. Account Management support is a key element of this role, so experience in generating quotations, speaking with suppliers, and exemplary multi-tasking skills is a must! You will have the ability to pick up other tasks when required, and to be multifaceted in your approach to your daily tasks. Expertise of Outlook, Excel and the ability to use a computer is critical in this role. To be successful in this role, you must love customer contact and have a genuine passion for providing solutions that work for our customers. You must be enthusiastic, a team player, resourceful and pride yourself on delivering superior service. Our business is service and sales focused and therefore we are seeking someone who can think on their feet, sell, negotiate and create energy. Experience in sales over the phone and order processing needed. Experience in the Office Supplies field or related industry (hygiene, cafeteria, packaging or furniture) would be a bonus, however is not essential. This is a full time, Monday - Friday position working 8am - 5pm.
