    Reporting directly to the Regional Manager, you will manage and take ownership of your territory of customers. Strive to maintain market share and seek new opportunities for the company to grow in. You will become our customer go-to person. We're looking for a switched-on, self-motivated and charismatic person, with a can-do attitude.

    You will be responsible for:
    • Maintaining good relationships with existing clients to maximise sales and minimise competitor market share
    • Contacting and developing qualified new accounts and identifying new business opportunities
    • Working within a varied market sector including: Retail, Builders, Contractors and Architects
    • Creating awareness of all product lines the company distributes
    • Out of town expectation 4 - 6 days per month
    • Flexibility to support the branch and other staff if required
    • Maintaining exceptional client service and technical support
    You must be able to demonstrate:
    • Excellent time management
    • Reliable, strong organisational skills, self-motivation, professionalism, and excellent communication skills
    • Ability to develop the role and make it your own
    • High levels of initiative
    • You must be willing to learn and up skill
    • Solid computer skills
    • Hold a clean driver's licence
    Package:
