At Christchurch BMW & MINI, we're the only licensed retailer of BMW & MINI vehicles in Canterbury, Marlborough, Nelson and the West Coast. We believe in going the extra mile to exceed our customers' expectations and experience.
Due to an internal promotion, we require a passionate Service Advisor to join our busy service department.
Providing exceptional customer service will always be your first priority. You will have the ability and experience to understand and determine customers' needs, to make decisions and problem solve, multi task, work autonomously as well as be part of a team, all the while keeping a smile on your face and remaining calm and professional in pressure situations.
The successful candidate will:- Have a strong customer service background
- Have an excellent phone manner and communication skills
- Be confident with computer systems
- Have good administrative skills and time management
- Follow processes ensuring all the i's are dotted and t's are crossed
- Be a master at multi-tasking
- Have the ability to work in a fast paced and busy role
- Have a can do attitude and a fun and outgoing personality
While current automotive experience is a definite plus, Its not essential and we offer a great training programme and you will benefit from working with our experienced aftersales team

This is a full time, permanent position working Monday to Friday and rostered Saturday mornings.
