    Your Role:

    As a Site Manager with Choice Construction Group, you can lead and drive your projects, supported by our experienced Operations Manager. You will be a key figure in project delivery, ensuring our commitment to excellence is upheld from start to finish. We want to hear from you if you have a structures background and a passion for managing complex projects.
     
    What We're Looking For:

    To excel in this role, you will need proven experience as a Site Manager in commercial projects of 5 years or more. You will have the ability to navigate a broad spectrum of trade disciplines, including structures, envelopes, and interiors. If you possess insights into healthcare projects and have a passion for being part of the pre-construction team and solving as many of the challenges as possible prior to starting on-site, your application will stand out. 
     
    Key Qualities:
    • Exceptional communication and trades management skills.
    • Proficiency in creating, managing, and driving project schedules.
    • Comfortable with various project management tools like Procore, MS Project, and Office 365.
    • A team player who thrives on fostering excellent working relationships.
    • Problem-solving prowess on-site and at the preconstruction solution table.
    • Familiarity with contractual legislation, NZ Building Codes and best practice guidelines
    • The drive and competence to see a project through from inception to completion
