We're currently looking for a highly motivated team player with a "we'll see you right" attitude to join our ITM family in Cambridge in a Yard Person / Customer Service position.

Your main focus will be to provide excellent customer service to our call-in customers in the drive thru/yard area as well as delivering building products on our trucks when required. You will be responsible for picking orders for customer deliveries, monitoring stock levels and ensure an efficient warehouse/yard is maintained.
Your main duties would include:
Providing a timely service to customers
Unloading, checking and organizing incoming goods
Assembling and loading customer orders
Maintaining store/yard stock levels
Adhering to Health and Safety Policy
Answering phones/customer queries
Customer delivery's when required
This is a full time role working 7am-5pm with rostered Saturdays.
The successful applicant will need to demonstrate the below skill set:
Experience and knowledge of the building industry and products
Exceptional customer focus with a natural desire to build rapport with our customers
Knowledge of computer systems & basic operating skills
A can-do attitude with a willingness to learn
Being physically fit for occasional heavy lifting
Forklift and class 2 license
Be a team player
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
