A position has opened up for a Finance Team Leader to join our team. This position is an ideal role for a person who enjoys using their initiative and solving client issues. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for the management of a small team of 4-5 trust account managers in a busy office environment.
The job description includes:- Responsibility for financial systems and reporting
- Overseeing of staff and ensuring that the team meets required timeframes
- Working as part of a close-knit team
- Key account management
- Financial reporting including oversight of GST and Income Tax returns
- Financial systems monitoring and development
- Extensive use of electronic banking software and excel
- Ability to develop close and effective working relationships with clients
The ideal candidate will be flexible, adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment and have experience working with the MS Office Suite especially Excel.
The position also requires someone with excellent written and oral communication skills with an ability to communicate well across a broad range of people at all levels. A relevant tertiary qualification is required and a professional qualification is beneficial.
