  • The Gartshore Group have a position available in Tauranga for a Marketing Co-ordinator & Office Administrator to join their team delivering high-spec interior fit-outs and bespoke joinery to the commercial, residential and retail sector throughout New Zealand.

    We are currently looking for a Marketing Co-ordinator & Office Administrator who is hardworking, organised, and driven with proven ability to handle a busy role and competing deadlines.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Duties will include (but are not limited to):
    • Lead on new marketing initiatives
    • Manage marketing spend
    • Work with GM and Commercial manager to target potential leads
    • Payroll and timesheet entry
    • Booking accommodation/ferry/travel
    • Fleet management
    • Tender bid preparation
    • Liaising with customers, staff, suppliers and contractors

    To be successful in this role you will ideally be/have:
    • A marketing qualification
    • Must be a self-starter demonstrating an energetic and conscientious attitude
    • Strong interpersonal skills - approachable / cooperative / positive
    • Exceptional communication and listening skills, both written and oral
    • Accurate and methodical
    • Ability to cope under pressure
    • Motivated and focused on customer satisfaction
    • Flexibility to develop and change to meet our changing business needs
