We are currently recruiting for Aftersales Support to join our Parts & Procurement team, on a 12 month fixed term to cover parental leave, until February 2026.
The role
Aftersales Support is a key function in assisting our customers with identifying and ordering requested items.
Key responsibilities/tasks:
Processing invoices
Issuing purchase orders
Supplier liaison
Timesheet entry
Assisting with stock takes
Inwards goods processing
General administration
Key competencies:
Communication - a high level of both written and verbal communication, and the ability to build solid relationships with new and existing customers.
Quality - a strong attention to detail and ability to pick up any discrepancies, and the ability to adhere to business policies and processes.
Continuous improvement - working alongside team members and managers to seek to make improvements to process to increase efficiency.
Technical capability - intermediate computer literacy, ideally with experience in ERP software, however full training will be provided.
