    About the Role

    This role is essential in supporting our patients and clinicians by ensuring smooth and efficient front-desk operations.

    Key responsibilities include:
    • Greeting and welcoming patients with professionalism and warmth.
    • Answering and managing phone calls in a timely, friendly manner.
    • Scheduling and managing patient appointments with precision and efficiency.
    • Liaising with clinicians to support patient care and ensure seamless communication.
    • Providing patients with accurate quotes and managing invoicing processes.
    • Maintaining a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail in all administrative tasks.
    • Supporting patients with enquires and claims with insurance providers.
    • Serve as knowledgeable sales associates of a limited line of products available for sale.
    About You

    To excel in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following qualities:
    • Previous experience in a medical reception or healthcare setting is essential.
    • A professional, polished appearance and a friendly, welcoming demeanour.
    • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise confidently with both patients and clinicians.
    • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for patient care.
    • The ability to handle confidential information with the utmost integrity and discretion.
    Role Details:
    • Type: Permanent, part-time role with a minimum of 24 hours per week, spread across 5 days.
    • Flexibility: The role requires the ability to increase hours as needed.
    • Location: Work in beautiful Orewa, close to shops and the beach, offering a scenic and vibrant work environment.
