Busy Lizzy Gardens is a team of educated, talented and passionate landscape architects, builders, horticulturalists, landscapers and project managers. We strive for excellent customer service from initial consultation to finished product.
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Hard Landscaping Gardener to join our team.
Proficiency in various landscaping techniques such as paving, fencing, decking, installing water features, and working with different materials like stone, concrete, and wood is essential. Precision in setting out and finishing work to a high standard, ensuring alignment, and compliance with design specifications will see you excel in this role.
You will be able to identify issues quickly and devise effective solutions, especially in challenging site conditions. Previous experience in hard landscaping or a related field, as well as a high level of fitness and stamina will allow you to handle heavy materials and equipment.
You will be able to use a variety of tools including chainsaws, lawn mower, hedge trimmer, weed wacker, power washer and assorted building tools.
As a skilled communicator, you will be able to interact effectively with clients and team members alike, ensuring that their needs and concerns are always addressed.

Knowledge of hard landscaping and building techniques
2 years experience
Some horticultural knowledge and an interest in plants
Excellent communication skills and the ability to talk to clients
The ability to work in a team environment and unsupervised
The ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines
Full driver's license for manual and automatic vehicles (we can train you on manual if needed)
