We're looking for a Leading Hand Landscaper to join our team!.
Based on the Hibiscus Coast and working North Auckland through to Omaha, no two days the same.

At We do Landscaping we don't just talk the talk, we strongly believe in acknowledging our team for jobs well done, we encourage open communication and looking at how we can improve as a company.
You'll need:- Excellence in your trade with multiple years experience.
- Experience in at least one of the following - paving, tiling, coping, constructing decks & pergolas, concreting, brick and block work, etc.
- Motivation and great organisation skills to keep projects on track.
- The ability to keep our Junior team energetic engaged and willing to move fast.
- Able to read plans and work to specifications and standards.
- Ability to calculate and order materials.
- Any machine licences (excavator, bobcat etc) would be seen as advantageous but not necessary.
- Clean, full New Zealand driver's licence.
- Ability to work unsupervised, lead a team, take direction and train apprentices.
- Be prepared to muck in with the team always to ensure positive culture and success.
- Honesty and trustworthiness.
- Pride in your work and go the extra mile to make sure the job is top notch.
- Great people skills both with fellow workmates and customers.
- Experience using Fergus or another JMS is an advantage.
- A commitment to bringing a great attitude to work each day.
