    We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth across our core pillars of security solutions: Access Systems, Alarm Systems, and CCTV Systems. The successful candidates will focus on acquiring new business from untapped markets while nurturing and expanding opportunities with existing accounts. This role is pivotal in enhancing our market presence and achieving strategic sales targets.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Strategic Business Development
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow IQ Security's client base.
    • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan targeting industries requiring advanced security solutions.
    • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
    • Account Management
    • Strengthen relationships with existing clients to uncover additional business opportunities.
    • Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and tailored solutions.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for selected accounts, addressing their needs and driving loyalty.
    • Solution Selling
    • Present IQ Security's comprehensive portfolio of Access Systems, Alarm Systems, and CCTV Systems to potential clients.
    • Develop customized security solutions based on client requirements.
    • Collaborate with technical teams to deliver compelling proposals and presentations.
    • Market Intelligence
    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements.
    • Provide insights and recommendations to refine sales strategies and product offerings.
    • Collaboration and Reporting
    • Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with campaigns.
    • Prepare and deliver regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and forecasts to management.
    Qualifications and Skills:
    • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the security solutions industry.
    • Strong understanding of Access Systems, Alarm Systems, and CCTV Systems.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
    • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on exceeding sales targets.
    • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
