    • Do you have what it takes to turn a good website and online shop into a great website and online shop?

    Well, we have a challenge for you!

    AgSpares is a well-established supplier of new and used tractor parts throughout NZ and are looking to substantially grow our online presence and market share within NZ. We are looking for someone who can make that their reason for being (at work that is).

    In short, we need someone who can make our website the most user friendly in NZ, the most complete source of product information and the highest ranked in Google searches - and did I mention double the sales the website generates?

    While the role focuses on website development it goes hand in hand with the day-to-day maintenance of the website whether it be price changes, uploading images, changing descriptions etc.

    And then there is the Social Media aspect of the role! This essentially means supporting Social Media marketing activities and ensuring they are fully integrated with our website.

    And lastly, you'll be part of a team that thrives on solving customers problems and getting their tractors and machinery up and running as quickly as possible. Part of the role will also be to help cover the overflow of phone calls or counter enquiries when we are super busy.

    So…WHAT'S ON OFFER?

    Monday to Friday only, flexible hours, highly competitive hourly rate, and ongoing personal development.
    This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) between 8.00am and 5.00pm, working Monday to Friday (we value our weekends!). There is scope for flexibility in what hours you work in between those times.

    ABOUT US:

    AgSpares are based in Kamo, Whangarei and we are a small family business with a flat organisational structure and no Head Office telling us what to do!

    AgSpares is part of APS Group NZ Ltd who also operate businesses in Construction Hire and Construction Machinery Sales so there is plenty of scope for future development.

    Some of the personal traits you are likely to have are:
    • Excellent communication skills and being able to relate a broad range of customers.
    • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
    • Proven website development experience
    • A mind-set of continuous learning and improvement.
    For this position you will need to have NZ residency or a valid NZ Work Visa.
