Are you a creative marketer with a passion for crafting impactful campaigns and content? Kings Plant Barn is looking for a Campaign & Communications Lead to join our Support Office team. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in driving our retail and brand marketing, building customer loyalty, and creating engaging shopping experiences across our marketing channels and stores.
About the Role
As a hands-on and driven marketer, you'll lead our marketing campaigns, oversee owned media channels, and deliver impactful customer communications. This is a role for someone motivated, highly organised, and passionate about creating and executing outstanding marketing campaigns!
What You'll Do:
Campaign & Content Leadership:- Lead our weekly marketing campaigns from planning to execution, coordinating across internal teams and external partners.
- Work closely with our in-house Graphic Designer to deliver all marketing campaign materials in-store and online.
- Manage our valued seasonal Scoop Magazine, ensuring high-quality content creation and delivery.
- Develop and execute our social media strategy and email marketing programs to enhance customer engagement.
- Coordinate retail promotions through our OnTempo POS system.
- Plan and deliver engaging in-store and customer events.
Relationships & Communication:- Collaborate closely with our product, operations, and store teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
- Coordinate with external partners, including agencies and industry specialists.
- Maintain clear internal communications across the business.
Data-driven Marketing:- Leverage our valuable customer database to inform effective marketing strategies.
- Track and analyse campaign performance, ensuring strong ROI and actionable insights.
- Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring market trends and competitor activity.
What You'll Need:- Ideally, 3-4 years of retail marketing communications experience with a proven track record of campaign success.
- Sharp editorial and content creation skills.
- Experience managing social media and email marketing platforms.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects, assets, and timelines.
- A passion for gardening or experience in the garden industry would be a plus.
- Experience in Adobe Creative Suite - preferably Photoshop.
