  • Ray White Commercial Christchurch are currently seeking an Administrator with a can-do attitude to join our team.

    You will be responsible for ensuring everything runs at maximum efficiency by reporting to the Office Manager, assisting salespeople, managing customer enquiries and undertaking general administration duties.

    We're looking for someone with a smile, energetic and willing to get stuck into whatever needs doing. Accuracy is paramount. A background in administration is essential. A background in real estate administration is a huge advantage.

    Duties will include:
    • Check all new listings, contracts, transaction reports, advertisements
    • Maintain required office records
    • Distribute contract copies to solicitors, vendors and purchasers
    • Maintain internet listings
    • Preparing presentation/marketing campaigns/e-brochures
    • Database management
    • Assisting with marketing
    • Completing appraisals
    • Completing agency agreements
    • Obtaining required AML/CFT information
    • Social media upkeep
    • Attend training when required
    • General administration duties
