Are you a hands-on marketer passionate about empowering individuals through education? Solomon Group, a leading Māori Private Training Establishment (PTE) in Auckland is seeking a dedicated Marketing Specialist to manage our end-to-end marketing initiatives.

Role Overview
As a Marketing Specialist, you will be instrumental in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that resonate with our mission and values. This role requires a proactive individual capable of managing all aspects of marketing, from concept to hands-on execution, across various channels. The role is based in South Auckland and Auckland Central with the opportunity to work from home 2 days each week.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns to drive student enrolment.
- Manage digital marketing efforts, including social media, email marketing, and website content updates.
- Create compelling content that aligns with our mission and engages our target audience.
- Coordinate events and community outreach programs to strengthen our presence in the community.
- Analyse marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimise outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all platforms.
Qualifications and Experience:- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the education sector or a not-for-profit organisation.
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management and email marketing software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A strong understanding of Māori and Pasifika culture and values is highly desirable.
