We require a motivated and enthusiastic Prepper / Spray Painter to join our team based in East Tamaki.
Custom Utes is a leading and recognized brand in its field with market leading products and brands. Custom Utes has built its name on quality and industry leading service and covers a range of vehicles from brand new dealership vehicles to fleet and retail customers Utes and 4x4's.
As a Painter at Custom Utes your responsibilities will include the preparation and painting of our accessories such as canopies and hard lids as well as the up keep of the paint booth and associated working areas, full training will be provided on the paint system we use here at Custom Utes however you will need prior painting experience, a critical eye for detail and a high standard of finish.
We have time critical deadlines so you will need to be a highly driven individual who takes pride in their work, with a hunger to work hard within a vibrant, successful and growing team.
The successful candidate will have the following skills:- Paint preparation and spray painting experience
- A 'can do' attitude
- Strong work ethics with the ability to work autonomously
- Excellent attention to detail
- Great time management skills, punctual & efficient
- Have a high standard of workmanship
Some heavy lifting is required in this role, therefore you must be physically fit.
