The Role
We are seeking a motivated and organised Admin Assistant to support our administrator with a range of tasks. This is a part-time, position offering flexible hours. You will be responsible for helping to manage creditors, debtors, banking, answering phone calls, and assisting with general administrative duties to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of our office.
Key Responsibilities:- Managing and processing creditors and debtors
- Handling inbound phone calls and directing inquiries
- Assisting with banking tasks and reconciliations
- Performing general administrative duties as needed
- Maintaining accurate records and data entry
- Supporting the wider team with ad-hoc tasks
About You
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualities:- Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not essential.
- Skills: Strong organisational skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Personal Attributes: A positive attitude, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
