The group is presently operating from a brand-new state of the art workshop for all brands with Sales facilities at 277, 280 & 580 Andersons Bay Road. Our workshop is the latest and most modern one in town. Purpose built a year ago, fitted with heaters, LED lighting throughout. A significant redevelopment of our existing site is due to start in 2024 to provide brand new separate showrooms for all our brands.
We currently have opportunities available for two Vehicle Mechanics / Technicians to join our team in Dunedin. WOF, ticket, diagnostic abilities will be an advantage, but is not essential.
Japanese/European/American Brand experience preferred, but not essential.

- Permanent full time position (minimum 40 hours per week Monday - Friday)
To be considered you will need to hold a relevant Level 4 qualification or have 3+ years' industry experience.
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Detect and diagnose mechanical and electrical faults with view to formulating repair procedures.
- Reassemble repaired or replaced mechanical parts and refit to vehicle.
- Remove and dismantle mechanical assemblies (eg engines, transmissions steering units and others) for replacement and or servicing.
- Perform routine servicing and maintenance on vehicles as per service requirements and customer instructions. (eg oil changes, brake adjustments, tune ups and other normal service functions) with view to achieving optimum performance and vehicle compliance.
- Inspect vehicles for roadworthiness and safety, report condition and/if repairs /adjustments are needed write detailed service report.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and security procedures.
