Job Summary:
Are you an experienced inventory professional looking to make a significant impact? We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Inventory Controller to join our dynamic team. At Look Floors, we provide a pathway to a rewarding career in an exciting and expanding industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan, manage, and execute cycle counts effectively.
- Lead and collaborate with a team to drive performance.
- Manage inventory across 12 branches, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Report on inventory errors, aged stock, damages, and stock adjustments.
- Prioritize and meet key deadlines to ensure seamless operations, including reporting and continuous improvements.
- Assist the Purchasing Manager in managing all inventory operational costs.
- Assist in the development and implementation of Health and Safety policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.
We're Looking for Someone With:- A minimum of 3 years of strong inventory management experience and a comprehensive understanding of inventory operations.
- Previous experience in the wholesaler sector, ideally within the flooring industry. but not necessary.
- Strong analytical skills and a sharp eye for detail.
- Confident communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including advanced ERP/CRM/Microsoft Excel; experience with Microsoft Dynamics is preferred but not essential.
- Independent, flexibility to juggle multiple priorities and remain calm under pressure.

- Penrose based. Monday- Friday, 8am - 4.30pm.
