Experience: Proven track record working with heavy-duty equipment and vehicles.
Hydraulics Knowledge: Hands-on experience and a strong understanding of hydraulic systems.
Fabrication Skills: Ability to fabricate and create parts as needed.
Flexibility: Willingness to respond promptly to occasional after-hours call-outs.
