What You'll Be Doing:- Overseeing Installations: Manage all aspects of Guardian Seal roof restoration projects, ensuring every job is completed to our unmatched quality standards.
- Inspiring Teams: Lead, mentor, and support our skilled applicators and contractors to achieve excellence on every project.
- Planning & Coordination: Streamline operations, manage resources, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Nationwide Travel: Be the face of Guardian Seal across New Zealand, visiting sites, meeting clients, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Driving Safety & Standards: Uphold Guardian Seal's commitment to safety, quality, and innovation.
What We're Looking For:- Leadership Experience: A proven track record in managing teams in the construction, roofing, or coatings industries.
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of roofing systems, coatings, or related fields - hands-on experience is a plus!
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to adapt to challenges, think critically, and make decisions that drive project success.
- Communication Mastery: Exceptional interpersonal skills to engage with clients, contractors, and teams.
- Flexibility to Travel: Willingness to travel nationwide, managing multiple sites and teams.
- Full Driver's License: Reliable and ready to hit the road.
