    The Role

    As a Residential Property Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of residential properties, building strong relationships with landlords and tenants while ensuring all properties are well-managed and compliant with tenancy laws. Your key responsibilities include:
    • Managing property inspections, maintenance coordination, and tenancy agreements.
    • Resolving tenant queries professionally and promptly.
    • Handling rent reviews and arrears management.
    • Conducting property viewings and advertising vacancies.
    • Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with all stakeholders.
    About You
