    About the role

    We are looking for a professional Commercial Property Manager to join our award winning team in a full time role.

    Duties will include (but not limited to):
    • Managing a commercial property management portfolio.
    • Developing and maintaining effective relationships with tenants.
    • Providing excellent service.
    • Increasing the value of clients' properties through effective lease management.
    • Managing the software system, entering data, managing events and producing internal and external reports.
    • Promptly dealing with all tasks in an effective manner.
    • Regularly inspecting client properties.
    • Further duties as needed
    Applicants must have at least 2 years' proven experience in commercial property management and proficiency with property management software and reporting (preferably Re-Leased).

    • The ability to work in a team environment.
    • Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and excellent people skills.
    • Professional presentation and approach to all tasks
    • A high degree of self-management, multi-tasking and task completion ability.
    • Full driver's licence
