About the role
We are looking for a professional Commercial Property Manager to join our award winning team in a full time role.
Duties will include (but not limited to):- Managing a commercial property management portfolio.
- Developing and maintaining effective relationships with tenants.
- Providing excellent service.
- Increasing the value of clients' properties through effective lease management.
- Managing the software system, entering data, managing events and producing internal and external reports.
- Promptly dealing with all tasks in an effective manner.
- Regularly inspecting client properties.
- Further duties as needed
Applicants must have at least 2 years' proven experience in commercial property management and proficiency with property management software and reporting (preferably Re-Leased).
To succeed in this role, you will also need:- Attention to detail.
- The ability to work under pressure.
- The ability to work in a team environment.
- Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and excellent people skills.
- Professional presentation and approach to all tasks
- A high degree of self-management, multi-tasking and task completion ability.
- Full driver's licence
