Harbour Cancer & Wellness is looking for an experienced Clinical Trial Coordinator to join their Clinical Trials Unit in Grafton. This role is responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of clinical trials, from planning to execution ensuring regulatory protocol compliance, maintaining accurate and up-to-date trial documentation and patient safety. This is a permanent, full-time role, within a small high-performing team where someone with a "start-up" mindset and willingness to contribute beyond the role will thrive.
Our ideal candidate will have:- At least two years' experience in clinical trial coordination or a similar role
- Experience managing commercial oncology or haematology clinical trials is an advantage
- Health science or biomedical tertiary qualification (BSc or higher degree) or other relevant health qualification
- Knowledge of GCP (Good Clinical Practice) guidelines and regulatory requirements
- Familiarity with electronic data capture (EDC) systems and clinical trial management software
- Experience with research specimen collection and processing;
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and be resilient
- Excellent IT skills
- Sound project management skills
