Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new employees.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and training programs.
- Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications:- Previous experience in an HR role or similar administrative position.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to teamwork.
