We boast large, modern manufacturing premises with up to date technology and facilities, including a CNC router, in house spray painting and a resident designer.

    We're now looking for an experienced and skilled Senior Installer / Leading Hand with a focus on quality workmanship producing high end products.

    Applicants need to be confident in their ability and skill. You must have a strong background in the industry with proven experience in all areas of cabinetry construction, and trade qualifications are preferable.

    You'll also be safety conscious and dedicated to ensuring the factory meets all health and safety requirements.

    To be successful in this position you will need:
    • Experience in Cabinetmaking / manufacturing shopfittings
    • Strong leadership and management skills
    • Great pride in your own workmanship and a commitment to quality at all stages of the process
    • Willingness to be hands on to assist on projects
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Able to travel nationally
    • Able to work unsupervised on high end shop fitouts
    • Easy-going, reliable and have the motivation to work productively and efficiently
    • A good understanding of the high standard we require and importance of completion dates
    • Ability to prioritise and multi task
    • A full New Zealand Driver's Licence
    Factory hours are based on a 40-hour week but you should be able to work overtime as required. The role has the opportunity for progression for the right person.

    We offer excellent working conditions with a great team and reward you with an excellent salary and overtime rates. $37-$45 per hour plus vehicle for the right person. The position could be either on a contract basis or paid wages.
