As our new Loan Writer, you will join an established, very successful Loan & Insurance Market business in Papanui.

Working within a team of 10, you will help support our mortgage advisers who assist customers obtain mortgage finance and deal with a wide range of banks and lending institutions.
The role is varied and your duties will include, but are not limited to:- Assisting with the management of daily tasks to help assist the Mortgage Advisers with all loan applications
- Managing CRM maintenance of client records
- Pre-screening documents
- Monitoring renewal of Pre Approval expiries and the 'fixed rate' rollovers
- Monitoring the Annual Reviews
- Checking final loan structure and settling loans
- Packaging and processing all loan applications
- All client, lender, valuer, solicitor liaison from interview to settlement
- Ongoing client service and database management
- Obtaining fixed rate roll over pricing and liaising with clients on processing the same (in conjunction with the Mortgage Adviser)
- Post settlement and on-going client management programme
- Completing required insurance referrals
- Producing marketing material as required
