    An opportunity has become available for a skilled and detailed Office Manager to join our team.

    As a key member of our highly efficient team, you will be responsible for:
    • Office operations
    • Administration coordination
    • Financial support
    • Compliance and health and safety
    • Logistics support
    • Staff management
    • Seasonal responsibilities including managing recruitment and preseason training
    To be considered for this opportunity, you will need to proven experience in an office management, project management or similar role with a demonstrated track record of administration experience in a high demand environment.

    You will also need to possess:
    • Exceptional communication skills
    • A strong understanding of Microsoft Office
    • Strong organisation and leadership skills
    • Initiative and a proactive attitude
    • The ability to work in a collaborative team environment
    • The ability to manage stress in a busy workplace
    • Experience in payroll or knowledge of NZ employment law and health and safety would be an advantage but not essential
    This is a full time position working 8:30 - 5:00pm (however there will be a variance in hours during the Harvest period - November to February).
