    Are you ready to take your career to the next level? We're thrilled to announce the opening of our brand-new dealership on Stadium Drive, Pukekohe, early to mid-next year! Join us as we embark on this exciting journey and be a key player in shaping our service department from the ground up.

    The main purpose of this job is to create a customer first experience for every customer that walks in through our doors.

    As part of this role, you will be:
    • Accurately booking service and repair appointments.
    • Quotations, costing and invoice completion.
    • Liaising between our Workshop Technicians and customers ensuring they are kept well informed of their vehicles progress during service and/or repair.
    About you:
    • Previous experience in an Automotive Dealership environment is an advantage but not essential
    • Outstanding customer service skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Well organised with the ability to work in a fast paced friendly environment
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, for invoicing and administration duties
    • Excellent time management skills
    • Sound computer skills and the willingness to learn new systems and processes
    • Ability to work on rostered Saturdays
    • A full valid NZ drivers licence
