About the company
Floorpride is a leading flooring provider in Christchurch, with inhouse installers and an experienced sales team. We are a family-owned business that strives for success.
About the role
Begin working on this well-established sales portfolio that boasts a range of clients from large residential developers to boutique building companies. You will use your knowledge of flooring products to deliver a beautiful and functional outcome for clients.
You will manage the end-to-end sales process including updating product and price categories, compiling quotations, ordering product, scheduling installation and booking site measures. You will also offer clients showroom advice in our full-service showroom.
Hours are Tuesday - Friday, 8am - 5pm and Saturdays 9am - 3pm.
About you:
Our ideal candidate will already have flooring experience along with the below attributes:- Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive and friendly attitude that will allow you to easily build rapport with clients
- Attention to detail
- Fantastic multi-tasking skills, you will be managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Think outside the box and will use your initiative
- A sense of humour and positive can-do attitude
- High level of computer literacy, you will be able to easily pick up new systems
- Thrive on taking ownership of projects
- A successful sales record
- An appreciation of colour and design, you will have a great sense of style
- Experience ordering product JIT (just in time)
