Harcourts Pukekohe is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join our team in a Front Desk Sales & Rentals Administration role. This position will have you working Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5 pm. Come be a part of our dynamic team!
The successful candidate will be asked to run reception and handle the following responsibilities:
Manage emails and team communications
Handle property management administration
Provide support to property managers
Assist with sales administration
Support sales consultants
Coordinate advertising and marketing for rentals and sales
Data entry of accounts
Order stationery and stock
Our ideal applicant will have a background working in a fast-paced office environment and be able to demonstrate previous administrative and accounts skills. Previous experience in property management administration would be beneficial.
Additionally, you will need:
Confident computer skills and be able to pick up new systems
To be a keen and fast learner
Confidence in your skills and abilities
High level communication skills
The ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Eager to learn and take on more responsibility
Experience with Harcourts Hub, VaultRE, Palace MRI, and Xero software would be advantageous but not essential as all training will be provided.
